Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 May 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and PADL for using our app and website. By using PADL, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PADL.

1. What PADL is

PADL is a tool for creating shareable padel match graphics — you pick an event, enter players and scores, optionally add a photo, and export an image to share. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use PADL. By using PADL you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create and the photos you add. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate the app for you — for example to render and let you export your graphic. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to any photos, names, logos, or marks you include. Don't upload content you don't have permission to use.

4. Acceptable use

When using PADL, you agree not to:

5. Our intellectual property

The PADL name, logo, app, and website are owned by PADL and protected by law. These terms don't give you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the app normally.

6. Third-party services

PADL works with services such as the Apple App Store and Instagram. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

7. The app is provided "as is"

We work hard to make PADL useful and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or that event data shown in the app is complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PADL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using PADL at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the app. You may also delete content you've stored on your device at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PADL evolves. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
